Holly Ripans Witten, LFG’s founder and president, has an extensive, cross-disciplinary background. She worked in the hospitality industry, managing major foodservice and events operations. She then moved into business consulting and literally designed and created the strategy for numerous large-scale hospitality businesses.

After later earning her MBA at Emory University, Holly served as Manager of Market Research and Strategy and then Advertising Officer for The American Red Cross. There, she oversaw and directed the organization’s key research and marketing functions, and she designed and managed branding campaigns that the organization implemented through its 900+ field units. Holly also oversaw a $30 million branding budget to gain the most impact for every budgeted dollar. She also won the prestigious national PR Week Award for work she did related to post-9/11 disaster fundraising marketing initiatives.

Leap Forward Group, the company Holly founded in 2003, has worked with clients - large and small - that represent fields including: corporate training, disaster preparedness, market research, information technology, data security, commercial real estate, non-profit, and public relations. Each client has unique goals and needs, and Holly is dedicated to the success of everyone with whom she works.

Nisha George is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She majored in Spanish with a focus in medicine and business. While at Emory, Nisha was involved with many organizations and was able to organize the biggest campus-led event, which gave her a background in event coordination.

Nisha has worked with an international media company where she was stationed in Latin America producing investment television programs for Fox 5 NY. Her experience abroad also included advertising and sales. Currently Nisha works as a junior marketing consultant at Leap Forward Group.
